Featured from the collection is the Arkitre Desk, a dramatic architectural triumph consisting of two semicircular pieces of plate glass at right angles to one another supported by steel arms fixed to an either right or left steel column. The side piece freely rotates and can be adjusted to suit functional or aesthetic requirements. The steel frame is supported by the base which is embedded in cold foam polyurethane and echoes the arc shapes of the glass. Telephone or lighting wires can be passed through the support column. A semicircular leather insert on the desktop is available in 21 colors.
